Today, I was involved with a business process when I purchased a game called "Bad Company" online using a credit card. It was my father's credit card but he let me use it in exchange for $50.00 cash. The activity was manual because I had to give my father the cash and then input all the credit card information into that online store to buy it. They then verified the credit card and finished the purchase which was automated. The resources were the cash that I gave to my dad and the credit card he let me use to make the order online. The facility would be the computer and online store that allowed me to make the purchase with the VISA. The information would be the card info that I had to type into the online store to make the purchase.
